Make sure you use the latest version of Order shipped template. Please go to AliDroship->Settings->Notifications->click Use default settings for purchase and order shipped notifications - new template will be uploadedNote- Got a mail from another customer, saying he got the mail but not tracking details. @Victoria Kudryashova Please look.

Actually it takes seconds. Have you tested notifications after setup?May I know how long it takes for the plugin to send the "Shipped Notification" email? I have set the tracking number and set the order status to "Shipped". It has been almost 4 hours I still have not receive a cc copy of the Shipped Notification email.
