Review customer name

hi,
why when i import review now, the name of reviewer is "Aliexpress Shopper"
many of this name come up.

any solution? its need change manual the review one by one.

I notice that too. So I think now that anonymous reviews will have "aliexpress shopper" as name. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Quick fix but not fast one is to edit your reviews and change the name to "anonymous"

I Notice too, i had to delete almost 50 comments. I dont know the reason why Ali is doing such a weird changes. Review import module needs update.

I just deleted 2500+ comments with AliExpress Shopper comments. Hope @Yaros can filter these comments and not included in the import.

Hi, i check the first option "Translate reviews to my language" which is ENGLISH and still it is not happening. No translation.

I am not going to edit them one by one. I'll just run the review importer over and over and will keep deleting every comment with this name. Eventually there will be maybe 100-300 good reviews i hope. I'll let you know how this will work out. Now i have been importing about 3 hours and got 66 good ones. I'll post in a bit if it works for me later today.

Update: I have imported 376 comments which 301 show "Customer". I will leave it as it is and focus on other things now.

I have temporary solution until it back to name,
Backup database first.
install "better search replace" plugin wordpress, and then you can search and replace "AliExpress Shopper" with "Customer" on table comments.
Run it, comment name will change.

Yes, it was fixed, now the plugin sets Customer instead of AliExpress shopper.

We have consulted and decided that it is easier to remove a Reviews from the database and import again, than make the handler in a template (this will create an extra load on the server).
