Hello, if you changed something in a source code - these changes will not be saved after update.
There were a little changes in the description. Asia and Africa were added:

Thanks, I fixed it. But every time theme is updated this ">" pop in in file: tpl/blog/tpl/_single.php

I have not made any customizations to my site's theme other than the ones the Alidropship team themselves made when they built the site - my theme is DaVinci. Should I go ahead and update the theme to the latest update?

I have updated my theme to 0.9.22 but after checking the Shipping & Delivery Page it is not updated.
There's no shipping time to Asia & Africa. Do i need to click again the "Create" default pages?

Hello, you need to delete Shipping and Delivery page:

Empty the bin and then create Default pages in Customization area :
