Im made changes to the About Us page using the divinchi theme and the page still comes up at not found.. how do i sort this issue?

So basically im using the michelangelo theme, iv selected home, changed the title text colour, description text colour and the button colour once and it changed no problem but now i want to change it to something else and it refuses to change colour, Whats going on?!
